Bellows Rock

(Western Cape)

Category

Although the primary attraction is the wreck, the site is also good for those with no interest in wrecks at all, as there is a huge reef at the same site, with depths from just below 40 m (130 ft) up to the surface, though the parts shallower than about 10 m (33 ft) are seldom diveable due to the proximity of the powerful break over the half tide rock.

These areas are situated along the South African Coast and are accessible to the public and are known dive locations to the locals from in and around the area, please respect their local fauna and flora, remember limit your catch and don’t catch your limit.
